以下のメールへの返信を英訳して Chie-san and team, I would rather establish a GTM contract instead of renewing the MOU. I think it would benefit us all, including JSAT, if we established an agreement that would take us to market with JSAT now, we won't have to revisit it later in a month or two when JSAT proceed to purchase product. What dk you think?

> Dear [Name], > > First of all, please accept my apologies for the delayed response. Thank you for your email. I hope you have been doing well. > > With respect to our arrangement with JSAT, reaching this stage has required more than six months of effort, relationship building, internal coordination, and negotiations, including leveraging long-standing personal relationships. In addition, JSAT is a large organization, and even its internal approval processes alone can take several weeks. > > As you are aware, this matter also involves exclusivity rights. Taking all of these factors into consideration, we believe that the most practical approach is to simply extend the current MOU until January and use that period to work toward putting a formal GTM agreement in place. > > We certainly understand the rationale behind your suggestion, and our intention is not to avoid a GTM agreement. Rather, we would like to ensure a smooth and successful transition while maintaining momentum with JSAT. > > I would greatly appreciate your understanding and support on this approach. > > Best regards, > > Koji Kabumoto ### 少し強めに「まずは延長を優先したい」と伝えるなら > ...we believe that extending the current MOU through January is the best course of action at this stage. Once that extension is in place, we can focus on transitioning to a GTM agreement during the extension period. > > Given the amount of work that has gone into securing this opportunity with JSAT and the time required for their internal processes, we would prefer not to introduce additional contractual complexity at this point. この版の方が、「GTM契約を否定しているわけではないが、今はタイミングではない」というニュアンスがより明確に伝わります。

Dear Dionis, First of all, please accept my apologies for the delayed response. Thank you for your email. I hope you have been doing well. With respect to our arrangement with JSAT, reaching this stage has required more than six months of effort, relationship building, internal coordination, and negotiations, including leveraging long-standing my personal relationships. In addition, JSAT is a large enough organization, and even its internal approval processes alone can take several weeks. As you can imagine, it’s not easy to find any company who agrees to pay US$500,000 for the POC in Japan and JSAT is motivated to move forward for the commercial transaction so that JSAT can provide the PQC communication services to their end users. Rather, we would like to ensure a smooth and successful transition while maintaining momentum with JSAT.I would greatly appreciate your understanding and support on this approach. Best regards, Koji Kabumoto

全体的によく書けていますが、いくつか英語として不自然な箇所があります。特に **"leveraging long-standing my personal relationships"** や **"large enough organization"** は直した方が自然です。 添削版です。 > Dear Dionis, > > First of all, please accept my apologies for the delayed response.
