Dear Dionis, First of all, please accept my apologies for the delayed response. Thank you for your email. I hope you have been doing well. With respect to our arrangement with JSAT, reaching this stage has required more than six months of effort, relationship building, internal coordination, and negotiations, including leveraging long-standing my personal relationships. In addition, JSAT is a large enough organization, and even its internal approval processes alone can take several weeks. As you can imagine, it’s not easy to find any company who agrees to pay US$500,000 for the POC in Japan and JSAT is motivated to move forward for the commercial transaction so that JSAT can provide the PQC communication services to their end users. As you are aware, this matter also involves exclusivity rights. Taking all of these factors into consideration, we believe that the most practical approach is to simply extend the current MOU until January and use that period to work toward putting a formal GTM agreement in place. We certainly understand the rationale behind your suggestion, and our intention is not to avoid a GTM agreement. Rather, we would like to ensure a smooth and successful transition while maintaining momentum with JSAT.I would greatly appreciate your understanding and support on this approach. Best regards, Koji Kabumoto
