> **My understanding is that the Aspiration team has been trying to follow up and confirm certain points by email because additional questions often come to mind after the meetings and, due in part to the language barrier, they may not always fully understand everything discussed during the meetings. I have instructed them to make every effort to raise and resolve any questions during the meetings going forward.** もう少しフォーマルな表現なら、 > **My understanding is that the Aspiration team has been seeking clarification via email on points that either occurred to them after the meetings or were not fully understood during the discussions, partly because of the language barrier. ‌

Lastly, I wish you have a successful demonstration in California for the US Navy.

推敲版: > There seems to be a slight misunderstanding. > Dear Eric, > > No worries at all. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime if you need anything. > > I understand your concerns, but please allow me to explain what happened in this particular case. > > Eguchi-san and Ido-san, together with Mr. Ishizuka of Aspiration, held an online meeting with Shawn and Riaan on September 23 (Wednesday, Japan time). > > Regarding the questions raised this time, Shawn sent a proposal to NTT AT after the meeting. That said, I understand that additional questions may arise after the meeting and that, due to the language barrier, some points may not have been fully understood during the discussion. As a result, they have occasionally tried to clarify such points by email afterward. > > However, I have encouraged the team to make every effort to raise and resolve any questions during the meeting itself whenever possible. I have also suggested that they refrain from using the subject line **"CRITICAL INQUIRY"** in future correspondence, as it may unintentionally convey a stronger sense of urgency than intended. > > Lastly, I wish you a successful demonstration for the U.S. Navy in California. I look forward to hearing that it went well. - **I understand your points** → **I understand your concerns** (相手の問題意識や懸念に理解を示す場合はこちらが自然) - **send the email** → **send an email** (特定のメールを指していないので冠詞が自然) - **they have been trying to clarify** → **they have occasionally tried to clarify** (継続的に繰り返している印象を弱め、やや穏当) - **convey a stronger sense of urgency than intended** ("overly urgent impression" よりビジネスメールでよく使われる表現) このまま送っても十分に丁寧で建設的なトーンになっています。

> **Please let me try to explain what happened in this particular case, just a little bit.** は少し直訳調なので、以下のいずれかがお勧めです。 **最も自然** > **Please allow me to provide a little more context regarding what happened in this particular case.** **少し柔らかい** > **Please let me provide a bit more background on what happened in this particular case.** **シンプル** > **Please allow me to explain what happened in this particular case.** また、 > **I understand your concerns.** よりも、 > **I understand your concerns and appreciate your feedback.** とすると、相手の指摘を受け止めつつ反論ではなく説明であることが伝わります。 > Dear Eric, > > No worries at all. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime if you need anything. > > I understand your concerns and appreciate your feedback. Please allow me to provide a little more context regarding what happened in this particular case. > Lastly, I wish you a successful demonstration for the U.S. Navy in California. I look forward to hearing that it went well.
