I have a few questions: What routers do you plan to utilize in the PoCs? We could use routers and firewalls (as routers) from different brands. Whatever we can get our hands on with L3 routing /L2 switching Routers/L3 firewalls using Copper interfaces, so Isidore 50 don’t need fiber conversion. I don’t think we are evaluating telco routing protocols i.e segment routing 2. What are the routing and network visibility requirements for the Hub, Spoke, and Mesh topologies? By default, Isidore will connect/bridge all networks in the overlay. - as per mentioned in Topology 3/4 3. How do you envision testing the fault tolerance? For example, would we be unplugging network cables or powering down devices? E.g disconnect power from isidore

Hello Everyone. We need your assistance. We need the Japan office to use the trouble ticket system set up so we can track any problems and have timely response and SLAs. We are still emailing problems and sending them via WHATSAPP. The problems are not being routed to the correct person and follow up isn't happening. For example, Taiwan office submitted a ticket on the MESH. This was resolved, but not conveyed to the Japan office because there wasn't an appropriate ticket. Also, we assigned Shawn Smith as the single point of contact for Japan. Sending a question or concern to anyone else will result in a delayed response. Note that Shawn has two years of experience with Isidore with his former company, Cubic.
