We have a meeting with Fujitsu this afternoon, and we need to decide on how to proceed with the PoC. Here are the options we are considering: Option 1: Deliver only the new Isidore Mesh with Fans.Pros/Cons: We should go with this if the thermal issues have been resolved. Option 2: Deliver the new Isidore Mesh with Fans + Blackside/Redside Management plane.Pros/Cons: This would be the best outcome, especially if we can operate the Redside Management plane, as they can include it in the report. Option 3: Proceed with the current Isidore Mesh.Pros/Cons: If Option 1 or 2 won't be ready in time (due to insufficient testing or unhidden code), we will inform them that we will proceed with the current setup. Option 4: Proceed with the current Isidore Mesh with Fans attached.Pros/Cons: We will deliver the Fans to Fujitsu along with the current setup to mitigate/ease the thermal issues. Which option do you think we should go with?

Shanella Gumbs After having an internal discussion, could you bring the 4 devices for Fujitsu and if possible to send us extra devices or software (to update current devices) . Upon your team arrive into Japan, we would like to get the test for 4 devices and new Cassian testing before passing to Fujitsu. Why we need the software is to upgrade a few devices for back up just in case. We would also like to have the new Cassian in our premises for testing with the other devices. Just in case if Fujitsu has questions, we can simulate the problems for troubleshooting purposes. Thanks.

At the moment, option one appears to be the leading direction, and potentially option two as well pending continued validation and testing results. However, we still need to properly assess and confirm what is actually needed at this time. Please give me some time tomorrow to review everything with the internal team so we can ensure alignment before making a final decision. Regarding the backup units, that is fine for internal testing purposes. We are planning to bring four units for the mesh setup along with additional spares to ensure your team is fully supported during deployment and testing. Please account for the fact that we can currently only provide two mini PCs to host the red-side and black-side Cassian environments. As for supplying additional mini PCs on your end, I would need to loop in Jose to verify the exact PCs that were ordered and confirm what is currently available. I would also need to confirm with my team to see if they would potentially be able to setup more mini PCs. Note: For any new units we supply, it is very important that we do a direct swap so we receive all older units back from your team. We want to ensure we are maintaining accurate inventory tracking and proper visibility of the devices we currently have on hand internally.

Hi Chin Yeuyao （陳, that sounds great! I'm planning to have your additional units ready by the time you're back in Hawaii. What date in July do you expect to return? It would be great if we could ship the boards to you in Hawaii so you can hand-carry them back to Japan on your next trip. We're also working through the timelines with everyone, and we believe we can accomplish most of the remaining work through virtual meetings instead of having multiple trips. That should make it much easier to coordinate travel once the over-the-air (OTA) updates are ready. On the Red Side, we're making great progress. The reprovisioning functionality has been implemented to support multiple devices, and we're currently integrating the latest fixes into the build. Once that's complete, we'll finish testing and validation over the next week. For the OTA updates, Joshua has taken a brief pause to complete the user manuals and supporting documentation. We're still tracking the OTA release for the end of July.

As of yesterday, the Red Side Cassian provisioning/reprovisioning feature has been implemented in the latest build and has been successfully tested and validated internally. This is a significant milestone, and we are now working through the deployment logistics. Regarding shipment to Japan, we are currently coordinating the logistics. At this time, our preference is to have the devices hand-carried into Japan rather than shipped directly. Since these devices contain proprietary software and encryption capabilities, we need to ensure all export compliance requirements, shipping documentation, and internal approval processes are completed before shipping internationally. Hand-carrying the devices also helps us maintain chain of custody and reduces customs and logistics risks during this initial deployment. The current plan is to ship the devices to you while you are in Hawaii so that you can hand-carry them back to Japan. We are working to finalize the shipment schedule and will share the details as soon as they are confirmed.

Hi Eguch Shizuka (江口 静), just wanted to send a quick recap from today's discussion. We still need more information on when Chin Yeuyao （陳 宇耀）will be shipping the devices while he's in Hawaii so we can finalize our logistics. For this deployment, we'll be providing separate systems for both the Accrete team and the NTT AT team. Each team will receive a Red Side Management Plane, a Black Side Management Plane running Cassian on Raspberry Pi, and an Isidore point-to-point configuration with one console node. The Red Side Management Plane will include the shared secret (reprovisioning) capability that was requested, and Ben will assist with the on-site setup and validation during his visit. Once everything is finalized, I'll send out the complete travel itinerary and deployment summary. Please confirm the dates, as Ben will be supporting multiple POCs and I'm working to lock down his travel schedule.

The Isidore Mini, 1gb version does not exist yet. We are still waiting for our initial prototypes to arrive. You will be receiving 3d printed models before I or any of our team have seem any models. The 3D printed model is only plastic. It will not have circuit boards or any functionality. assemblies will not exist for several more week.

Hi Chin Yeuyao （陳 宇耀）We don't have the specification sheet for the Mini yet, as it's still under development. As soon as it's available, we'll send it over. As for the 50/100, we are currently referring to it as the Isidore 1 Core. At the moment, we're using it for POCs, but we're still evaluating whether we'll bring this product to market, so that decision is still pending. Regarding the 3D-printed casing, I'll check with Benjamin Tullis to see how many have been prepared and whether we can allocate one to the Singapore office. For the new Teams group, I'm looping in Chris Gemeinhardt. He'll help us get everyone set up in our Teams environment.
