Hi Eguch Shizuka (江口　静), 
 
 The current plan is for David-Michael and Paola to travel to Japan from Taiwan on March 13, and they will be bringing additional devices with them. 
 
 A couple of things we need to confirm ahead of the trip: 
 1. How many devices does Accrete currently have?
 We want to understand the current count so we know how many units the team should bring. 
 2. Topology changes.
 If needed, we can change the topology on the devices you currently have. Alternatively, the team can bring additional devices and perform a quick exchange providing the requested units and taking back the point-to-point devices. 
 3. Logistics and itinerary.
 We are working to finalize the travel itinerary. Could you please provide David-Michael and Paola with the logistics of where they should go and who they should meet with? We would like to coordinate time with both your team and the Fujitsu team to ensure everything is set up properly with the requested topologies. 
 
 I understand a team has traveled there previously. If that information has already been shared, we can also have Jose locate it. However, since March 13 is approaching quickly, we want to make sure we have a clear itinerary and adjust travel as needed. 
 
 If you have any suggestions for the schedule or locations to prioritize, that would also be very helpful.
