As for the distribution agreement, we will use the Master Channel Partner Agreement (MCPA) with Schedules for VARs, OEMs, SIs, and Distributors that Dionis has developed. I am working on the Singapore JV Addendum to ensure exclusivity for the Singapore JV and also the agreements to be flowed down to the partners. I’ve attached the MCPA and the Schedules.
