Hi thank you for taking time for us! I have a question for upcoming Fujitsu PoC.
We have a meeting with Fujitsu this afternoon, and we need to decide on how to proceed with the PoC. Here are the options we are considering:
Option 1: Deliver only the new Isidore Mesh with Fans.Pros/Cons: We should go with this if the thermal issues have been resolved.
Option 2: Deliver the new Isidore Mesh with Fans + Blackside/Redside Management plane.Pros/Cons: This would be the best outcome, especially if we can operate the Redside Management plane, as they can include it in the report.
Option 3: Proceed with the current Isidore Mesh.Pros/Cons: If Option 1 or 2 won't be ready in time (due to insufficient testing or unhidden code), we will inform them that we will proceed with the current setup.
Option 4: Proceed with the current Isidore Mesh with Fans attached.Pros/Cons: We will deliver the Fans to Fujitsu along with the current setup to mitigate/ease the thermal issues.
Which option do you think we should go with?
