メールccにいれさせていただいたので、ご存知だと思いますが、念のため共有です。
FEAI-Singaporeへの出資の件、今のところは修正版の契約書内容OKですとのことです。
また、今後は、調達金額が300万SGDになる予定のようで、それに伴い、出資比率は下がる可能性があるとのことです。
Yes. This is correct for now. However, we are going to issue more shares as the total amount to be raised is $3,000,000 and the percentage is going to go down later. Please note.
