Hi Eguch Shizuka (江口 静) and Chin Yeuyao （陳, I have great news. As of yesterday, the Red Side Cassian provisioning/reprovisioning feature has been implemented in the latest build and has been successfully tested and validated internally. This is a significant milestone, and we are now working through the deployment logistics. Regarding shipment to Japan, we are currently coordinating the logistics. At this time, our preference is to have the devices hand-carried into Japan rather than shipped directly. Since these devices contain proprietary software and encryption capabilities, we need to ensure all export compliance requirements, shipping documentation, and internal approval processes are completed before shipping internationally. Hand-carrying the devices also helps us maintain chain of custody and reduces customs and logistics risks during this initial deployment. The current plan is to ship the devices to you while you are in Hawaii so that you can hand-carry them back to Japan. We are working to finalize the shipment schedule and will share the details as soon as they are confirmed.
