薗田さんが申請しているので部門：経営管理本部になっていますが、稟議確認すると実際はスクーミー（+AIプロダクト事業部）で利用するようです。
この場合、部門修正した方がよいですよね？スクーミーの要望により・・・15台とありますが、費用負担割合（記載ある部署で折半または都度確認する等）など何かありますでしょうか？
総務や情シスが代理で購入して申請するパターンもたまにあるので、この辺も今後に案内に加えた方が良いなと思っています。
