お疲れ様です。
本日全体会議でお話ししました、チケットレストラン エデンレッドジャパンの件です。（稟議は以下参照）

稟議で経理不要でスルーしてしまいましたのでこちらでご連絡します。
①チャージに関しましては、管理画面があり、毎月担当者（玉川、もしくは総務2）が月初に使用できるようチャージします。
チャージした3営業日後に請求書がPDFで届きます。
支払期日は請求書発行の14日後となります。
②支払いに関しましては、初月の初期費用は別として、
基本的には、給与天引き＋会社負担分＋業務委託費。
給与天引きは、一度ブールし（預り金、立替金）、会社負担分と併せてお支払となります。
天引きの作業は山崎さんがしてくださいます。
預り金とするならば、もしかしたらここで経理にひと手間かけてしまうかも？しれない？？
③別途チャットで藤田さんより質問がございました、利用額一覧はないのかという話でしたが、
チケットレストランの管理画面があり、管理者（山本さん、総務3人）が閲覧でき、一覧も共有できます。
③カードに関しましては、渡した後は、本人にお任せ、特にこちらで管理することはありません。
例えば、退社されたとしても、カードは返却を求めず、個人の物になり、有効期限まで使用する事可能。
（勿論チャージは中止します）
