外貨預金振替作業手順
①利用者IDの権限者のみで、振替が実行される
②I-Deal → 外貨預金 +取引 → 外貨預金振替（今日付） → 振替区分：今日物 → 外貨預金残高照会

③実行ボタンの場合は、市場為替レートが特定されている為、実行ボタンが表示される
カウントダウンの場合は、市場実勢相場が確定してないので、概算レートで実行していいか、確認→実行になる
実行レート 10：00～15：30
概算レート 15：30～19：00
④当日、JPY口座へ振替される。
