Yamamoto Toshiharu（山本 敏晴）（ Yamazaki Masae（山﨑 雅恵）Fujita Mamiko（藤田 真実子） ）
山崎さんに申請上げていただいている以下の役員の賠償責任保険料ですが、
2/26の取締役会決議されているということでコラボフロー稟議無しでも
統制上は問題ないと思うのですが、以前役会決議事項も
後々履歴を追いやすくするため＆取締役会議案とすることの承認のために
コラボフロー稟議でも残しておきたいという話があったような気もしましてコラボフロー稟議も残しますか？
（取締役会決議は済みなのでもしあげるとしても事後ですが・・）
