上記、承認いたしました。
念のため確認なのですが、これって会計上は資産の譲渡が売却に該当しない場合のセールアンドリースバックには該当しないということで良いでしょうか？普通に固定資産の取得と賃貸の会計処理で良いということで大丈夫でしょうか？
会計監査が不安定な中、確認できないかもしれませんが。。。
