田中さんの申請です。
①稟議書の予算金額の計算が合ってないように思うのですが。
予算：@1.5万円×4＝45,000円 手土産5,000円
計50,000円
→ ＠1.5万円×4 なら60,000円で計65,000円では？
②それはそれとして、予定人数が変更になっても稟議書の金額が守られていれば、承認してもいいでしょうか？
「稟議書は4名で50,000円の予定→実際は3名で50,000円」でも、稟議書の50,000円は守られてるからOK?
→当初の稟議書（申請金額50,000円）では一人12,500円予算が実際は16,600円になってる。一人分の計算では10％以上多く支出したことになる。10％を超えるなら稟議書の修正？が必要なのでは？
