事後の稟議申請について、ご相談と言うか確認です。
稟議は基本的に事前申請ですが、やむを得ず事後稟議になった場合の申請は、
・申請金額は、確定額
・その根拠資料を添付（請求書、領収書）
└この認識であってますでしょうか？
事後稟議の承認の際、上記の確認ができなかった場合は、差し戻しの対応をとって頂ければと思います。
これから事後稟議が増えそうです。。。（一部なんですが、井堂さん関連の所か、玉川さんの所らしいのですが。。）
言わなくても分かる事かもしれませんが、（ルール）案内が無いので、個人的に問い合わせがきており、
『経理で対応ができるか』お願いされました～
案内をするかどうするかは、検討ですが、それまでは稟議承認時に対応をお願いできますでしょうか。宜しくお願い致します。
