お疲れ様です。
昨年10月末にVisionTechと締結したAIVAシステム開発に関する契約ですが、今年5月末にオンライン会議にて両社合意の下フェーズ1で開発終了することが決定しており、当然それ以降動きがいない状態です。
現在、経理チームより本件のプロジェクト終了に伴うプロジェクト完了(終了)報告書を提出して欲しい旨の依頼があり、報告書作成にあたって正式なターミネーションレター(メール)を先方に出しておく必要があるためその案文を作成しました。
明日ぐらいには田中さんからHui Jieにメールを出していただこうと思っておりますので、もし修正等コメントがありましたらお知らせください。

Formal Notice of Termination of Voice Authentication System Distributor Agreement Main

Dear Mr. Lim Hui Jie,
I hope this email finds you well.
As verbally communicated at our regular meeting on May 25, 2026, we would like to formally notify you by this email of the termination of the Voice Authentication System Distributor Agreement dated October 29, 2025, between VisionTech Pte Ltd and Accrete Inc. (the "Agreement").
The Agreement shall be terminated effective May 31, 2026.
The terms of this termination are as follows:
1. Mutual Release of Liabilities
As of the termination date, both parties confirm that neither party shall be obliged to or owe any liability to the other. Each party shall release the other from any and all claims, actions, demands, and liabilities relating to or arising from the Agreement.
2. Surviving Clauses
Notwithstanding the above, Article 17 (Confidentiality) and the arbitration provisions set forth in Article 25 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) shall remain in full force and effect.
Article 17 (Confidentiality) shall remain valid for one (1) year after the termination.
Please consider this email as the definitive evidence of our mutual agreement to terminate the Agreement on the date specified above.
No further action or reply is required for this termination to take effect.
We thank you for the cooperation we have shared and wish your company every success.
