Hi David
With regards to the PO. I would like to clarify the following points and may arise on the revision of new po to you.
1. NFR (Not For Resale) may have been misunderstood for this instance but correct me if I’m wrong, which is FEAI US will sell to FEAI Japan, FEAI Japan will then sell to Accrete. Accrete is running MDC in Japan. For this case, are you going to sell me NFR pricing?
Regarding the IQMK transfer price, I have already contacted Dionis in a separate email. My understanding is that the maximum transfer price is currently the amount stated in the PO, which is $13,040.00. Once the new transfer price is finalized, I would like to revise the unit price accordingly. However, I would appreciate it if we could prioritize delivery and proceed with the current process in the meantime.
Does the statement, "Shipping, handling fees, and applicable taxes will be added to the invoice," mean that this quotation is based on CIF Tokyo?
4. We are awaiting your team's confirmation of the delivery date.
