I have revised the draft PO. Could you please review it and confirm the following points?
1. In this transaction flow, FEAI-JP will purchase the product from FEAI and sell it to Accrete. The term "NFR" is included in the deal name, so I'm confirming this. Is there any misunderstanding?
For this transaction flow, FEAI-JP will purchase the products from FEAI and then sell them to Accrete. Since I noticed the term "NFR" in the Opportunity Name, , so I'm confirming this. Is there any misunderstanding?
Regarding the IQMK transfer price, I have already contacted Dionis in a separate email. My understanding is that the maximum transfer price is currently the amount stated in the PO, which is $13,040.00. Once the new transfer price is finalized, I would like to revise the unit price accordingly. However, I would appreciate it if we could prioritize delivery and proceed with the current process in the meantime.
Does the statement, "Shipping, handling fees, and applicable taxes will be added to the invoice," mean that this quotation is based on the DDP Tokyo price?
We are awaiting your team's confirmation of the delivery date.
