Dear Kabumoto san,
Thank you for your email.
Your understanding is consistent with my situation report of 10 March 2026.
CK Low and Lee met for dinner and drinks on 10 March 2026. The meeting concluded positively, and VietGuys and ByteTech agreed to move forward as partners, with Lee pledging his full support.
ByteTech's Internal Actions
- Lee conducted a six-month independent investigation with VCs and Singapore lawyers, including in-person staff interviews across ByteTech Vietnam during 2025.
- He spent 30 minutes each with Miller and Kha in December, and both agreed to leave ByteTech and relinquish their shares.
- More than 20% of ByteTech staff were terminated, and the investigation took approximately one month to complete.
- ByteTech and its VCs have decided not to pursue legal action at this time. Lee's goal is to close this chapter.
