This is another matter related to the requests from our new audit firm, Ks Lab.As I recall, when there was a discussion about the possibility of Kha being sued by Bytetech, Bytetech ultimately decided not to pursue any legal action against him.I also remember that some form of agreement or settlement document was executed between Kha and Bytetech at that time. Do you happen to have a copy of that document?The reason I am asking is that I reported to our Board of Directors that there was a possibility of legal action being taken against him by Bytetech and Ks Lab is now requesting documentation that shows how the matter was ultimately resolved and what the final outcome was.I apologize for troubling you while you are busy, but I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
