I'll need to get clarification from George. He is sleeping now.  He is on East Coast.  The 18,191,635 looks to me to be the angel round.  We raised $1.8 M at $1 share in 2020 as a startup.  The 115,207 shares is accurate. That is a straight forward calculation.  Note that we had 25,000,000 shares authorized.  We issued 20,000,000 and left 5,000,000 in treasury.  We are releasing the last 5 million shares in treasury with this Series A. I'm not sure how he calculated the percentages. I'm getting a different number (I tried against 25M, 20M, and 5M shares).  Will have to wait until he wakes up. That'll be about 6 hours from now.
